Radiesse dermal filler is made up of calcium-based microspheres that, when injected into your skin, stimulates your body’s production of collagen. The difference between Radiesse and other dermal fillers is that these microspheres continue to gradually break down and are naturally absorbed by your body over time. So instead of a temporary fill, your skin continues to look great for one year or more.
Is Radiesse dermal filler safe?
Yes. In years of clinical studies and testing on thousands of patients, Radiesse dermal filler is now FDA approved to be safe and effective. Radiesse does not contain any animal- or human-derived components – only a biocompatible substance identical to what the body naturally produces – so there is very low risk of allergic reaction.
How is Radiesse dermal filler administered?

The injection of Radiesse is through the skin in a safe procedure that typically takes place in a physicians’ office. Patients are given a local anesthetic and can resume normal activities soon after Radiesse treatments.
Will it be obvious that I have had Radiesse treatments?
Your face and surrounding skin tissue will immediately look softer, smoother and more natural – without wrinkles. Twenty-four hours after treatment, all redness and swelling (only in some patients) should completely subside, leaving your skin the way you’ve always dreamed.

Was recommended by a friend and I’m so happy I listened. I haven’t had any work done before but I recently turned 35 and I’ve noticed some changes. I went in for a lip filler and asked for it to be super subtle and he definitely delivered. They are perfect! I also asked him what else he would do. He was totally honest and said my skin was pretty well maintained and only recommended minor botox on the eyelid, which I will go back for.

Parking is great. Facilities are incredibly clean and well kept. Doctor is so skilled you will never walk away looking like a plastic real housewife of whatever city they are currently filming in. I’ve sent every client that sits in my chair to this man and every single one loves him. 👏🏻 his team is sweet and helpful. It’s really the only place on the west side OR in my opinion Los angeles to go for any cosmetic procedure.

I did my first-ever facial treatment here recently - a Frazel laser on my neck and face. I did a lot of research on treatment options and wanted to start with the Fraxel. I felt comfortable with Dr. Sarshad and I saw excellent results, as he stated I would. My skin felt tight right after treatment, a few days after treatment I had dead skin and was very serious about post-care: not scratching, not picking at the skin and covering my face from the sun. The tightness was so much that I would put hylauonic acid (though next time beta glucan) on my face. The surface imperfections on my skin were significantly reduced, my skin tightened and, on their own accord, acquintances noticed I looked younger, I definitely noticed too. The treatment was crazy painful for me on the neck though. Dr. Sarshad and Rose gave post-care instructions that I followed. I have since done several other treatments but the Frazel is #1. Thank you so much!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The treatment wasn't effective at all and the compliance team wasn't very responsive to my calls/emails. I had to ring them a couple of times and up to now they haven't resolved my issue. I'm not going back to their clinic!!! I JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK!

This place is so awesome and welcoming! Everyone makes you feel right at home. The doctor is very honest and there is no upselling! Dr. Sarshad takes his time and explains the process. I actually asked about an additional procedure and Dr. Sarshad said I did not need it and explained why. Rose the Aeshetician is very warm and easy to talk to about your concerns and will recommend treatments you can benefit from if you ask her. I really appreciate their honesty and results. There are no gimmicks and upselling just providing great professional services by a M.D (not a P.A). Just give them a try, you’ll never go anywhere else! This is an honest review that is way over due!

I have been using Dr Sarshad’s services for 2 years and have found several factors that elevate this practice above the place I had been using for the past 10 years nearby. I have never had to wait for my turn to be seen. He is very punctual and doesn’t overbook. Dr. S. always makes sure that the procedure is pain free. That’s never happened elsewhere. His prices are better than nearby med spas. His staff is super polite and friendly. They answer the phone promptly. And last but not least, we have always enjoyed great conversation whenever I come in. He is well traveled and has a friendly way of sharing his experiences.

I finally made an appointment with Cosmétique Aesthetics after a friend raved about their services for years. It was the best decision ever! Dr. Sarshad is a true artist. My filler results were far superior than any of the other well known Doctors I had been seeing. I have also never experienced such painless procedures. This is a gem of a medical spa in Culver City. There aren't enough stars for Dr Sarshad Ramin, Rose and staff they are kind and caring. My blood pressure was through the roof and I had not been to my MD since the pandemic. The Dr told me to go to my MD or the ER asap. My SM Dr recently retired and I had to search for a new one, Since then he has helped me lower my blood pressure and literally saved my life. The menu at Cosmetique Aesthetics has everything to look better and feel better - from IVs, weight loss options, injections and surgery.

To begin with let’s start off with how careful and respectful the doctor and staff are. They make sure you feel welcomed and safe. I came in for dermal filler for my lips and came out looking so good and very happy. I actually went somewhere else before coming here and it was the worst they left them so bad and didn’t know if there were going to be able to fix them. Luckily Dr. Sarshad was able to fix them and make them look good as new. Words wouldn’t explain how happy I am of my results. Thank you!

I have been coming to Cosmetique for years and would never go anywhere else. From the professional staff that feels like your best friend to the very knowledgeable doctor who always has the latest in technology available, I just love it here. The staff and doctor are truly invested in their patients with constant follow-up and wellness checks after procedures. As soon as you walk in you instantly feel like you are not just another appointment on their calendar for the day, you are family. I had severe melasma covering 1/2 of my face. It had gotten so bad I didn”t want to leave the house without a mask of makeup to cover the dark splotches all over my face. Dr. Sarshad started me on a 6 month program. I am 3 months in and my skin looks so good now, I can leave the house confidently with no makeup. I also get dysport injections for the wrinkles in my forehead. I instantly look and feel 10 years younger! This office has improved my quality of life and mental health so significantly, they are my angels of self care.

I have TMJ and was told by my dentist and oral surgeon to do get botox for my jaw, specifically my masseter muscles. I've had this done 4 times now with varying results - it really matters who you see and this is a great place for it.

I have been coming here for a couple of months once a week now for weight loss management & treatment and I am already so happy with my results and the journey I am on. The doctor and his staff are fantastic. I feel great from the inside out!!! I am seeing very consistent results. I also appreciate the hormone testing and finding ways to get to the route of what is going on in my body. They take that very seriously unlike past doctors or nutritionists I have experience. Speaking of, I get great nutritional tips from the doctor and Rose on his team that have truly helped me. It's truly life changing. It really clicked for me in terms of changing my dietary habits. I also appreciate that the first time I came in they asked me straight up if I would like to know the number how much I weigh. They are very aware of the sensitive nature of it which I feel like 99 percent of doctor's offices do not fully comprehend. I really appreciated that because I personally get very obsessive about the exact number so it's helpful for me that I just know the lbs lost rather than the exact number on the scale. Very happy thus far and couldn't recommend working with them enough.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is wonderful and friendly. I had several balding spots on my head so I went to Cosmetique for help. The doctor started me off with prp injections for the scalp and believe me, that stuff works!!!
My bald spots are almost gone and my hair feels thicket than ever. I couldn’t have had the confidence I have now if it wasn’t for Dr Sharshad and his knowledgeable staff. Plus they will work with you to get you the best bang for your buck! Definitely a must go place for me. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been seeing Dr Sarshad for many years. Dr Sarshad and his staff are amazing! I was back in his office for an aesthetic procedure and I have to say their care before, during and after the procedure was espectacular. I had a great experience. I’m still healing and everything is looking so good. I’m so excited with the results so far. Dr. Sarshad is amazing! He stays up to date with the newest procedures in rejuvenation. I have been his patient for the past 14 years. ( I did see other medical doctors while I was relocated for work outside of LA, and ended up returning to him -driving 2 hours to see him). I had a great experience here. I had Juvederm filler placed in my lips for the very first time. I was nervous about not only the pain, but also about looking too "done", the doctor made sure that wouldn't happen. He listened to all of my concerns and understood what I hoped to achieve. I just booked my second appointment for a completely different service and I am very excited!
